What We Collect

When you fill out our contact form we collect your name, email address and whatever you tell us about your project. If you hire us, we also collect the billing details needed to invoice you. We never buy data about you and we don’t collect anything behind your back.

How We Use It

We use your information to reply to your inquiry, scope and deliver your project, and send invoices. If you become a client we may email you about your project. We don’t run marketing lists and we won’t spam you.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal and Stripe. Your card details go directly to them and never touch our servers. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your payment data.

Sharing

We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it with the services we need to run the business, like payment processors and our email host, and only as far as needed to serve you.

Cookies & Analytics

The site may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use it. That data is aggregated and doesn’t identify you personally.

Your Rights & Data Retention

We keep project records and invoices as long as the law requires. You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time, just email us.
