Plans (Starter, Business Website, Custom Project)

The Starter plan is a one-time payment. Business and Custom projects are billed as agreed in your fixed quote. If you cancel within the first 7 days and no work has been delivered, we’ll refund your payment in full.

Fixed-Price Projects

Project work is billed by milestone. Deposits secure your slot in our schedule and cover discovery work, so they’re non-refundable once that work begins. The same goes for completed and approved milestones. If you cancel mid-project, you only pay for finished milestones and work in progress. Anything we haven’t started gets refunded.

Our 30-Day Guarantee

Every launch includes 30 days of free bug fixes. If something we built doesn’t work as specified, we fix it at no cost. That’s always our first answer.

Before You Dispute a Charge

If anything about a bill looks wrong, email us first at admin@mydevnex.com. We respond within 24 hours and fix genuine billing errors with a refund, no argument. Chargebacks filed without talking to us slow everything down and may pause active work on your project while the dispute is open.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
