We made the path personal. Three onboarding questions decide which modules appear first and in what order.

Build

A learner dashboard with resume state, streaks and per module progress, plus an authoring view so the team adds lessons without engineering.

Outcome

A product where the next step is always obvious, and an authoring flow that let the team ship four new modules in a month.
