Approach

We cut the dashboard down to four numbers that matter and pushed everything else one click deeper, so the morning check takes seconds.

Build

A React front end over a reporting API, with aggregation on the server so charts stay fast as data grows and exports do not block the page.

Outcome

A reporting view the team opens daily, plus funnel and cohort breakdowns that show where signups actually drop off.
