Overview

Booking a consult took too many steps and people abandoned the flow halfway through.

Approach

We wireframed three versions, tested with five people, and rebuilt around what they did rather than what we assumed.

Build

A component library with defined states for every input and button, handed over with spacing and type scales documented.

Outcome

A three step booking flow shipped in v1.2, with the timezone and date problems found in testing fixed before launch.
